We understand sometimes life gets in the way! If you have to miss you class, please contact us to reschedule at least 48 hours before the class starts.

Please do not ask us for a refund if you cancel. Treat your booking as a commitment to attend. We operate on very limited class sizes and if you cancel it means you are asking us to wear the cost for you. As a small business which values and protects the increasingly rare one-to-one learning environment we hope you understand.

All materials and tools will be provided for you as part of your class.

We recommend that you: arrive with clothes you don’t mind getting clay on, have short fingernails, and keep your hands free from any loose or protruding jewelry.

If you’d like to keep more than what is allotted for the class, we’ll happily fire and glaze them for RM50 an item.

We also offer delivery of your ceramics, if you can’t make it back to our studio! Delivery is RM10/piece
